• Payment information: your M-Pesa number, used solely to send your earnings.
• Usage data: gigs you view, accept, or complete, session activity, and device/browser information.
• Communications: messages you send to our support team.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your Jobspesa account.
• Match you with relevant chat support, survey, translation, and data entry gigs.
• Verify your identity and protect against fraud.
• Process and send your earnings via M-Pesa.
• Send you important account, payout, and gig notifications.

3. M-Pesa & payment data

Your M-Pesa number is used exclusively to process payouts for gigs you complete. We do not store your M-Pesa PIN, and we never ask for it. Payment processing may involve trusted third-party payment processors who are contractually required to protect your data.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:

• Partner businesses — only what's needed to fulfil a gig you've accepted (e.g. your first name for a chat support ticket).
• Payment processors — to complete M-Pesa payouts.
